The incident happened on the evening of September 9, 2022 at Sesan Secondary School in Kamphoun Village, Sesan District, Stung Treng Province.
About 10 students worked themselves into a state of hysteria and fainting after claiming that they had seen a ghost
Some of the students were sent to a local health centre, while others were taken to the pagoda.
The situation appears to be calm now, but a doctor from the Sesan District Health Center says that on September 10, a team of doctors from Stung Treng Provincial Health Department will visit the school to find out the real reason.
