Criminal proceedings begin against son of Kristina Keneally – Sky News Australia

Criminal proceedings have begun against the son of former Labor senator Kristina Keneally on allegations he fabricated false evidence in his capacity as a New South Wales Police Constable.
Daniel Keneally last year accused Sydney man Luke Moore of threatening to kill a police officer during a telephone call to Newtown Police Station.
Luke Moore was arrested for the call and spent three weeks imprisoned – but he was later released when his personal recording of that call revealed Daniel Keneally’s account wasn’t accurate and there had been no threat to kill police.
The NSW Law Enforcement Conduct Commission has examined Daniel Keneally’s conduct and today revealed criminal proceedings will begin against the former premier’s son for allegedly fabricating evidence.
