Boston is in the running with as the best beer city in the country.
USA Today’s 10Best recently released their top 20 nominees for the best beer city in the country. They include cities out west like Fort Collins, Colorado, and some closer to home like New York City.
Boston “may still be synonymous with Sam Adams, but any visitors to the city’s leading beer bars will quickly realize that Boston serves as an ideal hub for those looking to sample the best of New England’s craft beers in one place,” 10Best wrote about the city.
There are bars such as Lord Hobo, The Publick House and Row 34 in Boston that maintain “some of the country’s most creative beer lists, and a host of craft breweries (Trillium, Cambridge Brewing Co., Idle Hands) have introduced locals to a variety of experimental, cutting-edge beers,” the website continued.

Those interested can vote for their favorite once per day until voting ends on Monday, Oct. 24 at 12 p.m. ET. Winners will be announced on Friday, Nov. 4, at noon.
