The NYPD is searching for a man who allegedly groped a 5-year-old girl inside a Brooklyn laundromat before exposing himself to her and warning her not to tell her mother, who was standing nearby.
Cops say the Tuesday attack in Canarsie happened around 11 a.m. at a laundromat by Ralph Avenue and Farragut Road. The girl was with her mother when the stranger approached her, and forcibly grabbed the young girl’s rear end, police said
The man allegedly exposed himself to the girl and told her not to say anything, police said. He then left the laundromat.
No physical injuries were reported. Police released photos of the suspect (above). Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
